PharmComplyAI includes AI features: Ask AI question answering and AI document generation. To keep the service fast, reliable, and fair for every pharmacy, each account includes a generous AI usage allowance. This page states the current limits referenced in our Terms of Service.
Current limit. Each pharmacy account includes an AI processing allowance for every 30-day period. The allowance covers at least 400 typical AI questions per period, and usually many more. Usage is measured by processing cost, so unusually long questions, very long conversations, and large generated documents consume more of the allowance.
How the period works. Your 30-day periods begin on the day your account was created and repeat continuously. Each new period starts with a full allowance. Unused allowance does not carry over.
What happens at the limit. You will see a notice in the app as you approach the limit. If your account reaches the limit, the AI features pause until your next period begins. Everything else keeps working: dashboard, checklists, documents, training records, operations logs, environmental monitoring, and alerts.
Normal use should never hit this limit. The allowance is sized well above what a full pharmacy team uses in a month. If your team reaches the limit through normal work, contact us at support@pharmcomplyai.com. We will review your account and work with you.
Free trials. Trial accounts have separate, smaller limits, shown in the app.
Changes. We may update these limits as described in our Terms of Service. Updates appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
